Step 1
- Choose a logo package that best suits your needs and budget
- Complete the online logo questionnaire and submit your order and payment
- We will then contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail
- If you have ordered business stationary and flyer design please allow 15 minutes for the interview
- Two of our designers will be assigned to work on your project
Step 2
- We will create three initial design concepts that meet all your requirements
- You will receive the initial designs within 48 hours of placing your order
- You will choose one of the designs and let us know if you require any revisions
- If required, we will provide up to three revisions of your chosen design
- We will then ask you to approve the final design by email
Step 3
- The final design will be supplied in various formats for print and web
- The files you will receive will be in .gif, .jpg, .eps, .tiff and .pdf formats
- These can be emailed to you or/and sent to you on a CD (at no extra charge)
- As a new customer you will receive a 10% discount voucher on our web design services
- And a 5% discount voucher on our search engine optimisation services
